Rasic Family Housing Foundation gives back to our community and those in need.
Rasic Family Housing Foundation takes seriously our trustworthiness to donors, to those counting on our help, and to God, to wisely use the donations entrusted to us. We are truly committed to helping those in need and feel our ministry is making a difference in our tenants’ as well as our donors’ lives.
Ministry
Donate
As a 501 (c)(3) non profit, Rasic Family Housing Foundation is able to offer people who donate a tax deduction on whatever they donate, a house, a reduction on a mortgage, a car, or just a garage full of junk. We are a tax exempt non profit charity.
How It Works
When a person donates to our foundation, we send them a donation letter for use with their income tax deduction. But more than just a tax deduction, they are donating to some one’s dreams. The homes we remodel and rent are turned into great personal homes.
Winning Team
A few months ago, my daughter Brandi had a student come to her and tell her, “My dad got downsized at his work and a family of 5 had to move into a 2 bedroom apartment. My grades may slip now because I have no place to study.” This story is not uncommon.
What Our Donors Say
“My donation of land to Rasic Family Housing Foundation helped me get rid of non producing properties and also avoid capital gains tax on highly appreciated property. A real estate donation significantly reduces my legal and tax liabilities. Plus I have a happy heart knowing my deed made a difference.”
