Rasic Family Housing Foundation story
Stan Rasic, President, has been a successful real estate flipper, investor and hobbyist for over 30 years. Although he never did it as a full time job, routinely he would flip a home. He has extensive knowledge, experience and success in the real estate market.
Brandi Rasic, Vice President, has been teaching since getting her degree. She spent 5 years as a “Special Education Teacher, and the last 14 years as a Physical Education Teacher. A few months ago she had a student come to her and tell her, “My dad got down sized at his work. Now, my family of five, had to move into a 2 bedroom apartment. My grades may slip because I have no place to study.”
Brandi brought the need to the foundation to find an affordable home for them to rent until the student’s dad could get back on his feet. Well, of course the answer was “Yes”.
By forming a nonprofit, we are able to offer people who donate a tax deduction on whatever they donate; a house, a reduction on a mortgage, a car, or just a garage full of junk. We are a tax exempt non profit charity.
Who is Rasic Family Housing Foundation?
Our promise is to have donors who believe we are the best ministry to meet their charity needs, tenants who can’t think of a better place to live, suppliers excited enough to call us their favorite account and communities that consider us a fine example of what a ministry should be.
We strive to be the best in our choices, policies and never forgetting that the ministry is our passion and purpose. We will create an environment in which our team can continue our mission, improve our skills, self motivation and can set and achieve all of our charity goals.
To provide affordable housing to families with challenging income, while providing a safe environment. For those in need, single parents, families with medical needs. We pledge to always be open and fair in our dealings with our tenants, donors and outside vendors. We will focus on our tenant’s and donor’s needs and earn their respect by building long-term relationships based on mutual trust and total satisfaction. We will at all times provide knowledgeable, on time service. Now hope is in sight.
