When a person donates to our foundation we send them a donation letter to use when claiming  a deduction on their federal income tax. But more than just a tax deduction they are donating to some one’s dreams. The homes we remodel and rent are turned into great personal homes. We teach our tenants to become more responsible, more conservative with there finances, and more appreciative of what they can accomplish.

We try to sell each unit to the client within 3 years using FHA to do the bulk of the financing. Most clients end up paying the same or less for a monthly payment  than rent plus they benfit from a large tax savings.

We have a lot of experience that can save you time and money by donating your unwanted property. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, houses, multifamily residences, and with some research bare land. The foundation may or will provide a donation letter identifying the gift. If you provided property, the deed determines the value with the appraiser.
